Julie is a highly respected Business Change professional with more than 25 years’ experience of analysing, identifying, designing and implementing solutions to improve business processes and systems within operational and service-based environments. A people-focused manager, she has operated within and successfully led teams across diverse functional areas such as Customer Services, Logistics, New Product Launches, Purchasing, Production and Quality Assurance.
Through her operational and project management experience with two multi-national organisations, Julie gained strong organisational abilities with an orientation to quality results. Julie has substantial experience in applying Lean Systems and Continuous Improvement methodologies to identify and eradicate duplication and waste while ensuring new solutions meet customer needs and expectations. She has significant experience of leading projects and programmes across a broad range of strategic initiatives, including leadership for implementing new IT systems solutions. A particular area of expertise is in People Change Management. Julie has developed and implemented Change Management, Stakeholder Management and Training plans, to enable the people affected by the deployment of change to transition to new business processes and prepare them for end user training.
Julie has re-applied her significant experience most recently to working within the public sector. Her most recent success has been project managing the design and implementation of one of the first Regional Adoption Agencies in the country, Aspire Adoption.
